Nerf Jolt
The Jolt is tiny. Possibly the smallest Nerf blaster ever. Seriously, look how small this thing is.
But even though it's tiny, this might be my favorite Nerf Blaster of all time. OF ALL TIME. See, it's deceptively powerful. Rather than having to pump up the air pressure like the other pocket Nerf Blaster, the Nerf Secret Strike, the Jolt has a simple cocking mechanism. Pull down the handle on the bottom and fire. End result: the Jolt fires about the same distance, possibly further, than a Maverick. Fired at close range it offers far more of a punch than a Maverick. The Nite Finder doesn't even enter to this discussion.
So if you combine the Jolt with a sonic dart you get a good whistle before someone or something is hit by the dart. The feeling is that you have fire pure power from your hand. ALL FEAR AND TREMBLE AT THE MIGHTY MAN WHO BRINGS DOWN THE PUNISHMENT OF THE FOAM DART FROM HIS SECRET BLASTER!

Speedload 6
The new Nerf Dart Tag Guns are out, and the pistol of the line-up is the Speedload 6. Simply insert the darts directly into the Quick Load Clip to load. Instead of pulling the Slide back and releasing, you've got to pull and push it through the whole motion in order to properly load a dart into the barrel. Then fire and repeat. If you're running low, just push more darts into the Clip's opening.
Seems simple enough. Although you do have to sort of stuff the darts into the clip because the opening is tighter than you'd expect. You save time loading compared to the Maverick, but if you want real speed, you'd probably do better with a Nerf gun that uses a real clip. Also, the thing is ridiculously large for a pistol. Seriously, it's like twice the size of a Maverick. The one advantage that this Quick Load system has though: it uses the regular darts instead of the streamline darts. I'm gonna play with this for a little while before I decided if I want to return it.
So yeah: obviously it's not a super impressive gun. But it's something to consider.

Oh, they made new Nerf Dart Tag blasters...
You know what's sad? I have the Nerf Rapid fire, and that is almost exactly like the Nerf Quick 16 aside from some slight design issues, but I still want a Nerf Quick 16. It fires non-streamline darts! Quick loading! Want one so bad... but they're not around here yet.

Nerf Barrel Break & Nerf Alpha Trooper
Did I mention I'm into Nerf guns?

Yeah, I totally am. I picked these up this weekend at Toys R Us & Target, which are apparently where they're store exclusives.
As far as I can tell, they're the Nerf Gun analogues of a sawed off shotgun and an automatic rifle. Both appear to be good alternatives to the Buzz-Bee foam dart rifles, and although those are fun, I've got to say, after a while of using them, I really started to get annoyed finding and picking up the shells. It was bad enough having to find all your darts, having to take twice as much time to find the plastic shells that the guns required you house the darts in just made it a little too much.
I haven't really played with these yet, but the concept of a Nerf version of a sawed off shotgun amuses me to no end.
