Lego City Advent Calendar: Day 17
Number 9 on the countdown...
It's a street cart. Which scoops up snowballs from the look of it. Seems like if you wanted so scoop up snow you'd need a bigger cart, but hey, who knows what the annual snowfall in Lego City is?
